LLMagnet Terms of Use

Last updated: September 20, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and LLMagnet LTD, Tel aviv, Dvora Hanevia 20 (“LLMagnet”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your use of:

  • the LLMagnet WordPress plugin distributed on WordPress.org (the “Free Plugin”);
  • the LLMagnet Pro add-on and its Pro, Plus and Ultra plans (the “Pro Add-on”);
  • the website llmagnet.com and its subdomains (the “Website”); and
  • the hosted services we operate for the plugin, including the API broker at api.llmagnet.com and the in-plugin news feed (the “Hosted Services”).

Together these are the “Services”. By installing the plugin, purchasing a plan, or using the Website or Hosted Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or client, you confirm you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

1. Who may use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for everyone who uses the Services through your WordPress site or your account.

2. Software license

2.1 Free Plugin. The Free Plugin is open-source software licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2+). Nothing in these Terms restricts the rights the GPL grants you. The Free Plugin is fully functional without a purchase, license key or account.

2.2 Pro Add-on. The Pro Add-on code is also licensed under GPLv2+. A paid plan buys you access to downloads, automatic updates, and support for the number of sites included in your plan, for the duration of your subscription. When a subscription ends, the software you already have keeps working; you lose access to updates, support and any plan-dependent Hosted Services.

2.3 Trademarks. The GPL does not cover our names and logos. “LLMagnet” and the LLMagnet logo are our trademarks. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or that confuses users about the origin of a product, including a fork or redistribution.

3. Accounts and license keys

Purchases and accounts are managed through Freemius (see Section 4). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license keys confidential and for all activity under them. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. License keys may not be published or shared beyond the sites your plan covers.

4. Plans, payment, trials and refunds

4.1 Merchant of record. Payments are processed by Freemius, Inc., which acts as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to the Freemius Terms of Service (https://freemius.com/terms/) and Privacy Policy (https://freemius.com/privacy/).

4.2 Subscriptions and renewal. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually as selected at checkout, and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.3 Free trial. We may offer a free trial of the Pro Add-on (currently 30 days). No payment method is required unless stated at sign-up. If a payment method was provided, the plan converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. We may change or withdraw trial offers at any time.

4.4 Prices and taxes. Prices are shown at checkout and exclude taxes unless stated. Applicable VAT, sales tax or similar charges are added where required. We may change prices; changes apply from your next renewal, and we will give reasonable notice.

4.5 Refunds. If the Pro Add-on does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us. Renewal payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing in this section limits any statutory right of withdrawal or refund you have as a consumer.

4.6 Promotions. Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated with the offer, cannot be combined unless we say so, and apply only to the first billing period unless stated otherwise.

5. Hosted Services

5.1 What they are. Some optional plugin features rely on servers we operate:

  • Google connection broker (api.llmagnet.com, with llmagnet-api-server.vercel.app as a fallback). If you choose to connect Google Analytics 4 or Search Console through our broker rather than your own Google credentials, the broker handles the OAuth flow. Your Google authorisation tokens pass through our server when they are issued and each time they are refreshed. We use them only to complete those requests.
  • Email service provisioning. If you opt in to sharing usage data, the broker provisions the credentials used for lifecycle emails.
  • News feed. The plugin’s admin screens retrieve product news and offers from a JSON feed we host.

5.2 Availability. Hosted Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may modify, suspend or discontinue any Hosted Service, with reasonable notice where practical. Core plugin features run on your own server and do not depend on the Hosted Services.

5.3 Fair use. You may not overload, probe, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Hosted Services, or use them other than through the plugin’s intended functionality.

6. Third-party services

The Services can interact with third-party services, only when you enable the relevant feature: Freemius, Google, IndexNow, Brevo, Mixpanel and Logo.dev. Your use of each is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their handling of data. The plugin’s readme lists each service, what is sent, and when.

7. Your site, your content, your responsibilities

7.1 Your content. You keep all rights to your website content. The plugin generates files such as llms.txt, markdown exports, structured data and discovery documents from your content and publishes them on your own site at your direction. You are responsible for deciding what is included and for having the rights to publish it.

7.2 Legal compliance. You are responsible for your site’s compliance with applicable law, including privacy and cookie rules. The plugin logs AI crawler visits locally and may set a first-party attribution cookie for visitors arriving from AI platforms; you are responsible for reflecting this in your own privacy and cookie notices where required.

7.3 Agent and MCP access. If you enable Model Context Protocol (MCP), WebMCP, or similar agent features, you control which tokens, clients and permissions are granted. You are responsible for actions performed by AI agents or third parties using credentials you issue.

7.4 Backups. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your site and database before installing, updating or configuring the plugin.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
  • use the Services to mislead AI systems or search engines with deceptive, spam or cloaked content;
  • circumvent plan limits on site activations, or resell access to your account, updates or support;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the Website or Hosted Services;
  • remove or alter copyright and license notices in the software.

9. No guarantee of results

LLMagnet provides tools and measurements intended to improve how AI systems and search engines discover and understand your site. We do not control third-party AI models, crawlers or search engines. We do not guarantee any ranking, citation, traffic, visibility score, revenue or other outcome. Visibility scores, audits and recommendations are informational estimates, not professional advice. Bot detection relies on user-agent and similar signals and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

10. Support and updates

Community support for the Free Plugin is provided through the WordPress.org support forum on a best-effort basis. Paid plans include email support during the subscription term. We aim to respond promptly but do not commit to specific response or resolution times. We may release updates that add, change or remove features.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (https://llmagnet.com/privacy-policy/) and Cookie Policy (https://llmagnet.com/cookie-policy/). Usage analytics and lifecycle emails are off by default and are activated only if you opt in; you can withdraw that consent at any time in the plugin.

12. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without obligation to you.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or compatible with every theme, plugin, host or WordPress version.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, search or AI visibility, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Services;
  • our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or of a third party’s rights. This section does not apply to consumers where prohibited by law.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the plugin and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access to paid features, support or Hosted Services if you materially breach these Terms, if payment fails, or if required by law. Your GPL rights in software you have already received are not affected. Sections 2.3, 9 and 12–19 survive termination.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. For material changes affecting paid customers, we will give reasonable advance notice by email or in the plugin. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept them.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of IL, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except that consumers may bring claims in the courts of their country of residence where mandatory law so provides. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other.

19. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any plan terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
